Leadership@Work™ offers practical, hands-on guidance on how to be a more effective leader. It challenges you to take a deep look inside your head and heart, and conduct a personal inventory of how you manage. It will help you build and strengthen the attitudes and skills you need to provide consistent Leadership@Work™, making you a more effective leader right away.

 

Target Audience

Managers, supervisors, and team leaders under pressure to deliver high quality, on-time, on-budget products and services with productive, cohesive, efficient, and effective teams.

 

Content & Methodology

Leadership@Work™ is a highly interactive, intensive and result-provoking program. It explores leadership as a mental attitude involving a set of principles designed to influence what people do, and how they go about responsibly fulfilling their roles – including leaders themselves.

The program is customized and tailored to address organizational needs and leadership-based issues, and to support other corporate training programs.

Leadership@Work™ is geared for delivery to groups of 12-20 participants in half day sessions. A 90-minute workshop is also available for larger audiencs.
